In the third class on the afternoon of 9th January, 2017, Anqing Foreign Language School’s Junior High Section of the east campus convened the History Quiz Show in Grade 7 to greet the New Year. The aim of this competition was focused on enriching students’ extracurricular life, activating students’ learning atmosphere, cultivating their sense of competition in addition to enhancing their interest in history learning.
Specifically, five students from each class participated in the contest, after which teachers from the History Department earnestly read over and gave remarks.
All in all, four students had the honor to gain the first prizes. Six contestants won the second prizes while nine candidates got the third-place awards.
